Is Your Unit Under Warranty?
Roland Brasil is your first port of call, Delatronics may be authorised to carry out repairs under warranty in due course.

Out Of Warranty items
Units that are not covered by Roland warranty due to age or damage can be sent straight to Delatronics. We do not operate a returns system, so all you need do is to send the unit to us with a covering note - The note should include your name, return address, daytime contact number (preferably a landline number), an email adress and a full description of the fault. You may also be able to bring the unit to us in person, sometimes it may be possible to repair the item “while You Wait” at no extra charge.

Items should be sent in their original boxes where possible; if not, wrap the item in Bubble wrap (large type bubbles are better for larger units) and put it in a sturdy cardboard box. It is not normally necessary to send any mains leads or adaptors with the goods (unless you have a power related problem). Use polystyrene chips, but avoid using shredded paper as packing due to fine dust particles causing contact contamination.

Delivering in person
It may be advisable to bring the equipment in person (some units are very fragile or heavy), you will need to ring before hand to check that there will be someone in, to receive your delivery.
