TRADING POLICIES
Your item will be booked into our system once received with a unique Job number and will be assessed for any parts that may be required at once (note: some parts may take a while to order) . If you require an estimate, this will be provided before any work is carried out. Once the repair is completed, payment must be made before the item is released - This can be in the form of cash, cheque or a deposit made into the company's Natwest account.
Please note that all repairs must be collected or paid for within 3 months of completion or else they may be sold to recover repair costs under The Torts Goods and Services Act’ of 1985 it is allways the owners responsibility to check on the repairs progress.
All repair works are guaranteed for three months covering - Parts used and labour (carriage must be paid by the client both ways).
Delatronics cannot be held responsible for any loss or recovery of user data – If the data is important, it is the clients responsibility to save the data prior to dispatch to Delatronics.
